Apartamentos Las Acacias - Self-catering apartments 5 minutes from the beach in Puerto del Carmen
Outdoor pool & sun terrace
The complex has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The pool is south-facing and measures 2.5 metres deep, with no shallow end. Around the pool, guests find a garden and a terrace with new sun loungers and parasols installed during 2024.
One-bedroom apartments
Each apartment has one bedroom, a living area, and a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The maximum occupancy is 3 people, and some apartments offer a pool view from the balcony or terrace. Guests receive a bottle of prosecco on arrival for birthdays, and a hairdryer is available on request from reception.
Location & nearby amenities
The apartments sit 200 metres downhill from the beach and the main promenade with bars and restaurants. Two Spar supermarkets are within a 2-minute walk, and an Aldi and a Mercadona are about 20 minutes away on foot. The complex is gated with CCTV and a key code entry; late arrivals access a lockbox with the room key.
Services & staff
Reception is open from 9 am to 2 pm, and staff can arrange taxis and store luggage for late flights. The cleaner visits several times per week to change towels and bedding and take out rubbish. Guests repeatedly praise Magnolia, the receptionist, for her helpfulness and language skills.
Quiet complex with 26 apartments
The property has only 26 apartments, which keeps the complex quiet and private. There is no bar or dining room on site, and the pool area enforces rules against reserving sunbeds and bringing glass. Free street parking is available outside the complex.
